These Terms and Conditions govern your use of TyreXperts’ products, services, website, and delivery operations. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. General Conditions

  • TyreXperts reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Product availability depends on current stock levels.

2. Orders & Payments

Within Nairobi:

  • Same-day delivery is available.

  • Pay on Delivery is allowed.

Outside Nairobi:

  • Full payment must be completed before dispatch.

  • Payment details will be provided upon order confirmation.

TyreXperts is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

3. Delivery

  • Delivery is done countrywide.

  • Delivery fees vary depending on your location.

  • Free delivery is offered for orders above KES 50,000.

  • Accurate delivery information must be provided by the customer.

  • Failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect details may attract additional fees.

4. Product Use and Installation

  • TyreXperts is not liable for damage caused by improper installation by third parties.

  • For tyres, rims, and batteries, we recommend professional fitting at our workshop for guaranteed safety.

5. Warranty

Warranties depend on manufacturer policies.
Most tyres, batteries, and accessories come with limited warranties covering manufacturing defects only.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear

  • Damage from misuse

  • Poor road conditions

  • Improper inflation or installation

6. Returns & Refunds

All returns must follow our Refund and Returns Policy.
TyreXperts reserves the right to accept or reject any return based on condition and eligibility.

7. Liability

TyreXperts is not responsible for:

  • Losses caused by delayed deliveries

  • Damage arising from improper use of a product

  • Issues caused by external service providers or couriers

Our responsibility is limited to the value of the product purchased.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Copy content without permission

All website content, including images, logos, and descriptions, is the property of TyreXperts.
