At TyreXperts, we are committed to providing fast and reliable delivery services for all our customers across Kenya. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered both within and outside Nairobi.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver products countrywide, serving customers in all major towns, cities, and remote locations through trusted courier partners.

2. Same-Day Delivery (Within Nairobi)

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders made before 3:00 PM.

  • For orders made after 3:00 PM, delivery may be fulfilled the following day.

  • Delivery times may vary based on traffic conditions and item availability.

3. Pay on Delivery (Nairobi Only)

Customers within Nairobi can use Pay on Delivery, allowing you to inspect your items before making payment.

Pay on Delivery applies to areas such as:

  • CBD

  • Ngara

  • Westlands

  • Parklands

  • South B & South C

  • Lang’ata

  • Kilimani

  • Kasarani

  • Roysambu

  • Eastlands
    …and all surrounding Nairobi neighborhoods.

For Pay on Delivery:

  • Payment is made in cash or M-Pesa upon arrival.

  • The customer must be available to receive the order at the agreed time.

4. Orders Outside Nairobi

For deliveries outside Nairobi, full payment must be completed before dispatch.

Procedure:

  1. Customer places an order.

  2. TyreXperts shares payment details.

  3. Customer sends proof of payment.

  4. Order is dispatched via courier (Wells Fargo, Fargo Courier, G4S, or preferred courier).

Tracking information is shared once the item is handed over to the courier.

5. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees vary depending on your location, courier rates, and item size/weight.

  • The exact delivery charge is communicated during order confirmation.

Free Delivery:
Orders above KES 50,000 qualify for free delivery countrywide.

6. Delivery Timelines

Within Nairobi:

  • Same-day delivery for orders made before 3:00 PM.

  • 24-hour turnaround for orders placed later in the day.

Outside Nairobi:

  • 24–72 hours depending on the destination and courier service.

  • Remote locations may take slightly longer.

TyreXperts is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or transport challenges beyond our control.

7. Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed:

  1. Items are inspected for quality.

  2. Packaging is done securely to prevent damage.

  3. Delivery or courier arrangements are made immediately.

  4. You receive a call or message confirming dispatch details.

8. Delivery Requirements

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery details.

  • The receiving person must be available at the agreed time.

  • Courier deliveries outside Nairobi require valid identification during pickup.

Failure to respond to calls or messages may result in delayed or failed delivery.

9. Failed Deliveries

A delivery may fail if:

  • Contact information is incorrect

  • The customer is unreachable

  • The customer declines to accept the order without valid reason

  • The delivery location is inaccessible

In such cases:

  • Re-delivery fees may apply

  • Orders outside Nairobi may return to the courier office for collection

10. Inspection on Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect items upon delivery, especially for:

  • Tyres

  • Batteries

  • Engine oils

  • Rims

  • Vehicle accessories

Any issues should be reported immediately to our team or courier representative.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours

  • Provide photos or videos for verification

  • A replacement or solution will be arranged promptly based on our Refund & Returns Policy
